The measurements are: in two places the longer side and in two places the shorter side: L=10cm+7cm+10cm+7cm<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-vivid-purple-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\">b) To calculate a sum of two different doublings of the values of the longer and shorter sides.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The perimeter is 16 centimeters!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Area of a rhomboid<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The formula for calculating the area of a rhomboid is:<\/p>\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-image\">\n<figure class=\"aligncenter size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"500\" height=\"68\" src=\"https:\/\/www.matematikazavsicki.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/Formula-for-the-area-of-a-rhomboid.jpg\" alt=\"Formula for the area of a rhomboid\" class=\"wp-image-573\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.matematikazavsicki.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/Formula-for-the-area-of-a-rhomboid.jpg 500w, https:\/\/www.matematikazavsicki.com\/en\/wp-content\/uploads\/2023\/02\/Formula-for-the-area-of-a-rhomboid-300x41.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px\" \/><\/figure>\n<\/div>\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The area of a rhomboid is available as the product of one of the sides and its corresponding height.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-vivid-purple-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\">Example number two: Calculate the area of a rhomboid with a side of 7cm, if the length of its height (corresponding to the given side) is 5cm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-vivid-purple-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\">In the calculation, it is enough to multiply 7cm by 5cm.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-vivid-purple-color has-text-color wp-block-paragraph\">The area from example number two is 35 square centimeters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Formulas for calculating the perimeter and area of a rhomboid are an integral part of tasks in which the perimeter and area of complex figures are available. Also, the formulas are used as part of a task to calculate the area of certain geometric bodies. Bodies that have a side or more sides that have the shape of a rhomboid.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A rhomboid has two diagonals that are not of equal length. The two diagonals are cut exactly in half and form two equal angles.
